I tried to pay with my vanilla visa gift card and the credit card kiosk at the counter gave me an error. I handed the card to the cashier and he added a 20% tip with out my authorization which came out to a $9.61 tip. Its expensive to eat out and would like to give an extra tip but I'm a senior citizen and cannot afford an extra tip like that. This is what I consider bad business and will avoid coming back after feeling cheated like this.
