I placed an order at the above location for pickup. The app states that the order was completed. When i tried to inquire the employee stated they are too busy and to use a kiosk to place my order rather than take the time to listen to my situation. I would like a refund i understand the bogo deal caused an unusual crowd of people but i paid for an order i did not recieve
Customer said he is calling of what could be done on this, he placed an order thru the app for delivery. He ordered bacon cheeseburger but it did not have cheese only a piece of bacon and it was crumbled, the patty was like it wasn't fresh. The fries were soggy and the milkshake he requested for a whip cream but it doesn't have whip cream. The hamburger had no tomato on it. No condiments and napkins. He hopes it wont happen again. Guest wants to be contacted and a resolution.
