Location complaint drill-down

Comments: I was very confused when I picked up my online order of fries. They show a large cup on the website(with the overflowing fries). This it's what we always get. Today the fries were in a little brown package inside of the brown bag. Significantly less than usual. I asked if this was a mistake, I was assured it was not. If you'd like a picture of it I'd be happy to attach one. Is this something new? I feel like I got half the amount then previous visits Order #40650149782241281 1x Large Fries (1 x $7.45 ) = $7.45

Comments: We think this location of Five Guys is a very good location, we eat there regularly and have always received a very good meal. Unfortunately on this visit we received our first bad meal. The burgers were so over cooked, and as we watched them pull each order off the grill they were all very over cooked to the point of being black and dried out, I heard other customers commenting. This is the first time the fries were not fresh, you could tell they had made a bunch ahead of time. The store was busy and I never saw them put any in the fryer as long as I was standing waiting for my meal, there were probably 7 orders ahead of ours. I do not usually complain and would never make a public comment, this is more to let you know and hopefully you can correct things, I know how difficult it is to find enough staff and then even more difficult to find good staff. We were just very disappointed in our visit, as this location has always provided what seemed like juicy burgers and handsdown the best fries,.

Comments: Hey, has anyone told you guys what dog shit operation you're running in West Lebanon, NH? If not, please allow me. This location is the epitome of "Don't give a fuck." While I could go into specifics, I really don't care enough to try to help you guys out in any way. You'd probably think everything is fine anyways. No reply necessary. Please do fuck off.

Comments: Ordered at counter. Took over half an hour to prepare. Dozens of customers were showing up with DoorDash orders that had been marked as being Ready for pick-up before being told itd be 20-25 minute wait. Fully staffed, just fully incompetent besides the one manager on site who was making and bagging every item. To make matters worse, I was served a burger with many toppings I didnt order. It is not edible to me as it was served. Unfortunately I cannot wait here another 45 minutes to get wait I paid for. Abysmal service

Comments: Customer said he loves the food and the people that work there were very good. Only is that he did a web order at 2:12. He went in, he told them about it but he stood there for 35-40mins and wants some sort of awareness for calling out the order and must keep an eye if its sitting there...they must have an idea for the turnaround so that it wont sit there for long. They were apologetic but did not offer to compensate.

Comments: The customer made two orders at the store kiosk. She got payment errors and no receipt. The cashier said the orders would be refunded. The customer hasn't been refunded yet. One order total was $16.23 and the other was $12.48, both on card ending in 9321. Please follow up with the customer.

Comments: Waited 16 min for my jr cheese burger. When it arrived was wrong. Solution was for me to add toppings. I cant add photos to this comment to show the poor service.
