Comments: customer complained on the customer service skills of staff : anthony g after customer spent some $100 but there was no courtesy to give the customer a cup of water, where they had to buy the cup for $5.

Comments: Ordered 2 Bacon Cheese Burgers. Neither had Bacon. No bacon whatsoever. Order # 40933984847167489

Comments: The guest goes to this location at least once a week. Doesn't drink soda, asked for a courtesy cup for water and was told they can't have one. Guest wants to know why they should have to pay for a soda when they are not going to drink it. Other chains provide courtesy cups. The guest doesn't want anything for free other than a courtesy cup when they go to eat.

Comments: I received my food. The fries were cold. I didnt feel comfortable going up to the workers, they were engaged in a conversation with each other and they were cursing. So I ate the burger and left.

Comments: The fries were overcooked and tasted like they were sitting around for awhile, my burger was just thrown together half the cheese was outside the bun

He waited over an hour with no communication from any of the employees. They were prioritizing in-store orders over order-ahead orders. He spoke with Anthony. There was no apology, empathy, or understanding. He didn't receive the order until 7:30 PM. The location was also out of onions. He is so turned off from Five Guys after this experience. He has such a sour taste in his mouth due to the lack of professionalism. The customer is requesting both a refund and additional compensation. He would like to be contacted via email. They gave me a vanilla shake instead I went back to even ask and the counter said no thats a Oreo shake. There is not one bit of any pieces of Oreo.
