Comments: Customer called in about the crew member (Francisco) being rude to her when she asked for the burger and fries that she asked she'd get back to pick up. Store does not answer the phone. Customer said she does not have the order information in front of her but she wanted to ask for a refund for the burger and fries that she was unable get. due to the attitude of the employee. She said she'll call back once she got all the information.
