Comments: We travel on I95 from Bangor to Boston weekly. We always stop at a 5 Guys to eat. We have visited several locations along this 5 hour route. The burgers are always awesome. What we have noticed is the drinks all taste like carbonated water. No flavor at all. I have even avoided half the carbonated stream with no effect. Today in Seabrook NH it was the worst. Please adjust the mix so the flavor comes through. We will continue to stop for burgers but not waste money on drinks. Thank you

Comments: From case 5MMN5R 2026-01-10 03:31 PM CST: I have 2 $10 promotional cards that I received from a customer service representative due to an order error. When I try to use the to order via the app or online along with either a credit or debit card I always get an error message. I have sent this issue multiple times with no response. To case 5MLL7Y 2026-01-02 04:27 PM CST: I have tried multiple times to place an order on the app using gift cards along with either a debit or credit card. Each time I do I get a message to check my network. I am using a hi speed WIFI network. It would be nice to be able to use the cards before they expire. I have already deleted and reinstalled the app. Logged off and back on, and tried different devices.
