Location complaint drill-down

Comments: We placed an online order for pickup on the above referenced date (Order # 40378996145979401). When my husband arrived he was told that they ran out of milkshakes and we would get a refund to our original form of payment. We still have not seen this refund for the 3 milkshakes we did not receive. Simply looking to get this taken care of!

Comments: Honestly I love the staff at this location they are great. I just dont know whats happening with the fries. They are inedible lately and this is the third time and the first time over complained. Its disappointing for the price I paid when I get home to not be able to serve them and the store isnt close. I know you can do better fries are the main reason we go there and they are normally amazing.

Comments: I placed an order through the app for dinner tonight. Each time we order using the app, our order is messed up. Sometimes we can fix it once we get the food home sometimes we cant. Tonight we werent able to fix it because the wrong sauces were used on our burgers. It is always so disappointing to open our food once we get it home and discover the mistakes made on our food. We dont have issues when we order and eat at the restaurant. I would appreciate it if this matter could be discussed with the staff at the Salem, NH store so that we can feel confident ordering through the app.

Comments: I ordered a Little Cheeseburger with Mayo, lettuce, tomatoes and grilled mushrooms. I received those, but also received uncooked onions on the burger. I have an allergy to uncooked onions, so I could not eat those and had to remove them. The quality of the burger was lousy, which was greasy and such a thin burger. I have not had a good burger at this Five Guys. I also, ordered a small fry. The French fries were REFRIED! Yes, that is correct! I saw cooked French fries in a container on the counter and thought they were for another customer. There was not another customer ahead of me waiting for food. At a glance, I saw those French fries put back into the oil to be cooked as my order. They tasted like they had been refried and were hard and overcooked, very browned, and not freshly cooked as fries would be. They were terrible and I was quite disgusted that the fellow that was working there had actually done that! I paid $14.11 for the burger and fries and the overall value for the money was terrible. So overall, I would not be surprised if this Salem, NH Five Guys loses business on a regular basis due to poor food quality, value for the money, and unfriendly employees. This is an honest review, unfortunately.

Comments: Ordered two burgers and they were completely wrong. I ordered Bacon Cheeseburger and one patty was missing and a Cheeseburger with ketchup, pickles and lettuce and none of it was on it.
