Comments: hello i went to this location to pick up my order and ordered a hot dog with patty and never received the patty and would like a refund or voucher for the inconvenience since i paid extra, let me know what you can do thank you.

Comments: On Thursday January 15,2026 at 615pm I placed via the five guys app, it was supposed to be done 7-12 min. I arrived at the store 620pm, proceeded to the pickup area. As I have always done on previous orders. Well I stood waiting over 1/2 hr, before I approached the young man that was at the cash register, his name was Robert, he was very polite. He went and ask a young lady that appeared to be either a supervisor or manager, who was very visibly overwhelmed & snippy. She kept taking to the crew quit loudly about how busy they are, she kept shifting the members from task to task, the crew seemed very overwhelmed, and did not look happy to be spoken to by the young lady that seemed to be in charge. So I continued to wait another 1/2 hr as I asked her if my receipt would show what time my order was placed, instead of answering the simple question, she started telling me that they are very busy, and nobody has had a break, or able to go to the bathroom, none of which I needed to hear, my question was simple, will my receipt show my order time. She then handed me 3 cards & said here, this is worth more than whatever you ordered. Thing is that was not the point. I was standing there an hour waiting on an order I placed online, I myself had been at work since 7am with no break or lunch, I advised her that I do understand them being busy, as I myself am in customer service, and she appeared to be agitated. Perhaps she needs help with her task management skills, I have no idea, but the only helpful person was Robert, she is lucky to have such a worker, to have not made the whole experience terrible
