Comments: Worker on her phone while at the grill. Held her phone and made a call with gloves on. The same gloves that she used to handle food before her call and the same gloves after!!!!!

Comments: I got home after picking up my order and the burgers must have gotten swapped up with someone else's. I dont like mushrooms or raw onions and found them both on my burger. It put a bad taste in my mouth. My wife's burger was also wildly inaccurate. This is not what im used to when we order five guys. Is there a way to refund my order? Comments: Customer said he goes in there today and only one person at the counter...the employees at night time (a party going at the parking lot, smoking pot) and goes to the front door, there's 2 different cars smoking again and its ok. But then, they told him the computer was down cant take his order, 15mins before they hit the grill and it was just a mess.. Got his food and got green bell peppers and onions not even grilled but told them he wants grilled onions, cheese is not melted. The drink machine was not working. They did not have any change for cash. It was 15mins before they take his order and he is the only customer in the place and it took that long, they did not even want to take his order. The bacon...fries was terrible. He ordered 1 fries and 2 bacon cheeseburgers. Guest wants to be contacted. Got no receipt.
