Comments: Hello Five Guys Customer Support,
Im writing regarding an issue with an order I placed in person at your Nashua location yesterday around 3:00 PM.
I ordered a Big Double Burger with bacon, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. I did not ask for mayonnaise, but for some reason mayo was added to the burger. Unfortunately, I didnt notice until I had already left, as the order was to-go.
I paid cash and did not receive a receipt, but Im sure the transaction can be located in your system based on the time and location.
I want to be clear that I love Five Guys and am a loyal customer, which is why this was disappointing. With meals costing around $25 for a burger, fries, and a shake, I expect the order to be accurate. Mayo isnt something I can eat, and it ended up ruining the meal.
Im hoping you can help make this right. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I appreciate your help.
