Comments: Hello, I am contacting because I recently visited on Saturday and the burgers were cold and soggy along with the fries. I had ordered 5 cheeseburgers, 5 fries, and 3 shakes. The shakes were melted upon receiving them.

Comments: We did not have time to ask for burgers to be reheated or remade, so we just ate them as is, which was lukewarm. Fries were great and hot, though

Comments: My husband came in to order food I ordered to combos well I thought was a combo I ended up paying 42 dollars which is ridiculous the employee rang me up separately for everything so I paid for every individual item instead of paying for a combo Im highly disappointed I live 4 hours away and I just spent my money on food and the fries where very over seasoned burgers was okay but the price was insane I should have only paid for the combo not the burger by itself then the fry by itself then the drink by itself usually a combo cost 12 or 13 dollars not bad but I paid 11.49 for just the burger then 7.79 for a large fry then 2.95 for a medium drink that should have been included as a combo not paid separately for everything then I paid 12.89 for another burger then I paid 3.19 for a large soda again this should have been included as a combo yet again I paid separately for everything this is not a combo and the lady told my husband that was a combo it is not thats overcharging someone and the employee was Arianna R not sure if she is new but those are not combos I will not be comming back
