Comments: Good afternoon. My husband has been trying to convince me to go into your restaurant to get a burger because I am OBSESSED with burgers. Unfortunately I have lots of anxiety about new places so drive thrus are my jam! But you dont have one. One way I could face my fear is knowing I could have a coupon for a free burger that I have to use. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you and have a good day!

Comments: I came in last night with my wife, I was pretty disappointed with my order I received and staff. My wife was missing pickles on her sandwich and I got cheese on my sandwich. It was not supposed to have any. The management was expressing frustration about how busy the restaurant was and expressing that he did not want customers there. These comments were made audibly within the dining area, which created an unprofessional and discouraging atmosphere. As a customer, it was unpleasant to hear remarks that made it seem like our presence was an inconvenience. The manager was wearing headphones while on the floor, along with another person. This didnt help the feeling that customers were not a priority and made the environment feel inattentive and unapproachable.

Comments: I was really disappointed with this visit. The fries were dry and had white residue, my burger was missing bacon and A1 sauce, and I had to remind the cashier about my drink. On top of that, the manager kept snapping at the male employee with tattoos, and I watched him go down as he got more stressed. It made the whole place feel tense and uncomfortable, and I cant believe I had to deal with that just trying to eat.

Comments: I attempted to call the store multiple times regarding an issue with my order, but the calls kept getting disconnected or hung up on. As an older customer simply trying to resolve a mistake, this was very frustrating. While I was in the store, I noticed that a couple of staff members seemed to have their attention on each other rather than focused on preparing my food, and it appeared they were overly focused on one another. Also, my burger was missing the bacon and pickles that I had requested and paid for. By the time I realized the mistake, I was already home, which is why I tried calling. I do not usually complain, but I do expect courtesy and accuracy with my order. I would appreciate it if this matter could be looked into.
