Comments: - guest placed an order through phone and the burgers were overcooked. - the food was not ready when the guest arrived at the store.

Comments: Workers had a terrible attitude for no apparent reason, then when i got home my food was cold and looked like it was all just thrown at a wall or something. I LOVE 5 guys and have never had to complain ever but, this is horrible! Couldnt even eat it. And its really upsetting because it was really expensive and i had to end up buying food from another place

Comments: Guest ordered his meal and asked for no salt on his fries due to health issues, he asked again when he receive his order and was told there was no salt. Guest said the full of Cajun salt. He called the location and when he press 2 to speak to a manager the phone disonnect#23 Guest wants to be contact

Comments: I got mushrooms on my burger even though I did not order mushrooms and there was way too many onions on the burger. I am very disappointed in this experience. Comments: Hello, I paid for a regular cheeseburger & a bacon cheeseburger but we didnt get any bacon. The food was still really good but we had placed the order online and picked it up & got home before we had seen it. We paid over $30 something dollars so we just felt we should say something.

Comments: Customer order woman Extremely rude. No smiles. Very Unpleasant. Told her I wanted a burger and drink. Payed for the meal. Never even gave us a cup. Went over to fill up drink and then they rushed over and said I had not purchased a drink. I informed her I had. I did not argue with her. Processed a spring on a separate transaction. To pay for it. I guess I am at fault because she chose not to listen and process the order correctly. Very dissatisfied with the service
