Comments: The guest placed an order online for pick-up. When the guest got bac to work, it was incorrect. She called the store, and she was told the only thing she could do was bring it back. The guest doesn't have time to go back to the store today, as the location closes at 5 PM and she doesn't get off work until 5 PM. The guest is requesting a refund. Comments: The customer said her burger tasted bland with hardly any flavor. The onions were also missing. The customer wants to be contacted.

Comments: My burger order was completely wrong! I believe they gave me the wrong order. By the time I figured it out I was already at home and not able to go back because I live too far, so I wasn't able to eat my dinner

Comments: For the first time I went to five guys and I had great expectations that the hamburger would be well worth the price. But I didnt find that to be the case. It was good, but it can be better. What I did find was that service is less than adequate at this particular store, people are rude. I also found that when you ask for the vegetables to go so that your hamburger doesnt get soggy on the way home, all were soggy with water inside the container. In fact, you could pour water out of the to go container. The tomatoes were mealy and youre not given a choice of raw or cooked onions. So there are some tweaks that you can do to better your customer experience.
