Comments: Ive always felt that Five guys makes the best fries which makes the higher price worth it. However the last 5 out of 6 times Ive ordered, the fries they have been awful. I take my order to go and when I get home Im disappointed with the pale, undercooked fries with a dense unpleasant interior. Im not sure if the process has changed but if it has then its ruined what made me think highly of Five Guys quality.
