Comments: Last night, my husband and I took our 8 year old to your restaurant. We haven't been in months but love visiting a few times a year. Always well worth it. Except last night. Amazing front end service- the gentleman running the register was polite and funny. The restaurant was consistent with business but by no means busy.... we waited a little too long for our food. 2 burgers, a hot dog, 2 orders of fries. But whatever. Didn't bother us. However- our food was cold. With no time to go back and ask for a whole new meal- because we live 25 minutes from the restaurant and it being a school night, we were trying to sneak our youngest away for a little treat. Our fries- no salt, cold. Our burgers- no flavor. Cold. Bacon cold. Cheese cold. The burgers were so cold there was no juice or grease running from the burgers, cheese wasn't even melted.. With tip our bill was $63.32. That's quite a bit of money for 3 people to grab burgers. Again- the staff was great. Cleaning tables, changing trash cans- looked happy and friendly with each other.... friendly with customers. But something failed and the food was awful. So disappointing to decide to spend the money for cold, tasteless food- which is definitely not the norm. Cold fries- ok. I'd go back up and ask for new hot fresh fries. But to have to wait another 20 minutes for an entire meal. Then eat. There was no time. Super frustrated. Our order id: AABBSNHEAEEG
