Comments: Maybe it was just a one off thing as Ive never have had any issues here before, but the fries were soggy.

Comments: This is the worst experience I've had at 5Guys. Cashier ran my order 4 times and still got it wrong. 3 people got drinks and she charged for one, my order was wrong. I had to go back and get my cup for my drink. She got to the grill section and was loud there and used the A.. word. I know there was at least 1 child there in hearing range. The crew was loud, louder than the music. I was too upset to front the staff with the problems etc. there. You know who will not go back... Me and my family, and any one else I have food influence with.

Comments: We ordered 2 hot dogs and a 7$ large fry. Apparently your company has changed the amount of fries you get when you order a large. It seems to me that we got 1/2 as many fries as we used to get but yet we still paid 7$. We actually paid 20$ for 2 hot dogs and a large fry which is absolutely ridiculous. We have eaten at this restaurant for years and because of the amount of food we received we were ok with spending more. After todays visit I felt ripped off! We feel like your establishments prices are way out of wack for the amount of food we get now, so its for that reason that we will no longer eat at Five guys! Its a shame that you have to trick your customers in order to make an over inflated profit. 7$ for large fry that has less potato than a $3.79 large fry from mcdonalds is just plain highway robbery. If this is how your company does business you should all start looking for new jobs because you will not have enough customers left to keep your stores open. G. Burks

Comments: my son can in and got a cheeseburger plain meal. We leave far south end of Jonesboro. He started eating his burger at home only to find a strand of black hair in his food. I called the store over and over only to not be reached. Food is too expensive to get home and not be able to enjoy it. Im disgusted and disappointed. Would love for this to be made right. I wish I could attach the picture to this response.
