Location complaint drill-down

Comments: I ordered large frys along with the rest of my order.I discovered only half of a large cup of fries upon reaching home. Its 7 plus bucks for a handful of fries? Im used to the bag being overfilled with fries, not to get half an order. I get that times are changing and shrinkflation is a real thing, but I fully expect to get atleast a cup full. To be honest Im upset, I brought them home so my child and wife could enjoy.

Comments: First I tried many times using several different credit cards.the the order was incorrect. Missing added patties. Very little fries in the bag. What is going on? The store had a continuose line out the door the whole tinder I was there. Ethan was a great help. But even then the order was made all wrong. Order number AABYJNGNACF6. FIVE GUYS 56.Im glad they were very busy but then need a lot of training. My order was all messed up

Comments: I ordered a patty melt with an extra patty but realized once I got home that there was only 1 patty.
