Comments: I ordered a double cheeseburger, with a large fry, and a drink. This was a to go order and when I got home, (I live downtown and it took me five minutes to get home) the food did not taste fresh at all. My fries were very mushy and the burger toppings were not very fresh. I come to Five Guys often and spend a lot of money, so it upset me that I didnt get a good value on my food. Please help me.

Comments: Order # 41979439227371542 Placed online, said it was ready, got the restaurant. It was a mess,about 15 people waiting for orders. No one was handing them out. Would ask someone if theyve seen my order and would tell that wasnt their job so they didnt know. After being ignored for about 20 minutes finally someone at the counter asked the web order name, all he did was yell my name out along with the other 5 or so web orders just standing around waiting. I waited another 10 minutes then decided to leave since there was no progress being made for anyone. One big waste of time and very rude staff that was just laughing and yelling. Very unpleasant. Will not be returning. I need a refund for this order I never received.
