Comments: We love this Five Guys! I always order online and my husband goes to pick it up. But today the guy was rude when he went in to pick up the order, demanding to see the order on his phone, then saying he needed manager approval. Understandable if policy has changed but being polite goes a long way. My 90 year old mother most looks forward to the fries and today they were hard and overcooked. They looked like they had been previously cooked then dropped in the fryer again. A real disappointment and waste of money since they tasted terrible! Agent Notes: Order #41396717920124933

Comments: I came in for my pickup order and waited 30 minutes when i first arrived i told them my order name and they had me wait whole time my food was already done sitting on counter for 30 minutes and they refused to make my food fresh

Comments: Order 3 burgers 1 was missing some toppings or barely had toppings or condiments. The French fries I had a small fry barely full and a large Cajun fry and it had the amount of a small they werent even out of the top of the fry bag and I am sure they dont have to but no scoop of either in the bag. Last 2 visits I had to wait way past my pick up time and have had issues before with my order this is the worst by far.

Comments: The food was not up to par. I was missing a tomato that was clearly taped to the bag or my order receipt. The fries were gross they are mushy greasy no crispiness on the outside and tender on the inside. I have put them in the oven to try to get some crispiness to them.

Comments: Hello, i placed an online pick up order today. I got 2 bacon cheeseburgers and one of them had no bacon in it. I didnt realize it until I got home and sat down to eat which I was already 15 minutes away from the location so driving there and back another 30 minutes was out of the question. Is there anything you guys can do for this inconvenience given the fact that I paid extra for bacon and did not receive any?
