Comments: Good Evening, I usually dont leave reviews but the service AND fries was horrible! I placed the order online, when I got there it must've been time for the cashiers to leave, once she finished with the gentleman in front of me, she left. After it seemed like I wasn't going to get assistance, I stepped over to the "Pick up line". After being ignored for about 10 minutes, I said "Excuse me and gave my information". My food was ready. When I opened to eat my fries, they were all very dark, and seems like they had set for a long time, absolutely NOT fresh at all. The fries are usually the Best part, and after being on a fast all day, I was looking forward to this meal. Very Disappointed in the lack of customer Service, and way less than par fries.

Comments: Burger patties were burnt. I ordered a regular fry and got a small bag. The fries were over cooked as well. Spent 30$ for trash food. There was barely any lettuce on the burgers. Employees seem lost or high. This experience was terrible.

Comments: I ordered a little cheeseburger, little Cajun fry, and a Oreo shake for delivery via the five guys app. I tipped 20%. My order was $30! And the delivery driver forgot my shake. I called the store but they put me on hold and never came back. The quality of service does not equal the price for fast food. McDonalds does better than this.

Comments: I visit this Five Guys location often and typically have a good experience but the staff tonight (2/22/2026) was very rude, and unprofessional. Only one gentleman finally saw me and asked what I needed while three other employees saw me much earlier and never once asked me what I needed or greeted me. Then one of the staff members decided to make remarks about my name or something then as I left they started laughing. After a long day working as a nurse, I just wanted to get food and go home but instead I was berated and was served poorly. I dont think I will be returning to this location ever again.

Comments: I entered the store was asked as I was coming halfway down the line did I have a pick up order? I said no they looked at me rolled their eyes. I stood there waiting for someone at the counter to take my order for over three minutes while theyre staring at me, I watched the manager look at them for three minutes. She finally asked them if one of them could take the order. The young lady standing there, walked away the young man rolled his eyes and came to the cash register to take my order.
