Comments: I placed my order and had it confirmed via email at 7:08pm for a 7:30pm pickup. I used the SMS to say I was on my way and here. At 7:35 I asked the cashier if my order was almost ready to which he just pointed to a bag by the fries and said thats your order it sat there I assumed waiting on our burgers until at 7:50 I asked again if it was almost ready and was told thats not my job finally fries were out in and it was given to me at 8:05pm (35 minutes after it was supposed to be done. The worst part, the burgers were innit the whole time and approximately 40 other orders were filled with fries while ours sat there getting cold. Once I got the bag the receipt showed the order was printed at 7:20. Not only was the order 35 minutes late but I asked multiple times with responses that were completely unhelpful and at no point did anyone actually asked the 1 guy really working if he could just put fries in the bag that sat there for 35 minutes. Terrible customer service and online ordering system!

We eat at Five Guys very often and this is the first time weve had an issue like this, which made it especially upsetting.

We placed an order through the app and went inside at the time we were given of 12:18pm. We waited for our order to be completed, while waiting they cleared the line three times and still didnt not make our order of two burgers and a large fry. When it got closer to 1pm I started to panic because we needed to be back by 1pm to hour house for our foster child being dropped off. I asked an employee nicely if there was any way to get my order because I needed to be there for a child drop off and he said they were busy. After a long time even the cashier tried to help me get my order or asked for refund and the manager ignore him. After even longer the manager came out and I asked if there was anyway to get my order and before I could explain about a foster child he told me that hes busy and doesnt give a f**k. At that point my husband left and since we could not get a refund in the store I called the feedback line and its been multiple days and I still have not gotten a refund. All I received was a generic email about a gift card or possible discount. I want a refund. I am never being a child into an establishment that cussed at their customers. I worked at McDonalds for 8 years throughout school and never cussed at a customer.
