Comments: Three bills & change at me! Was in too much of a hurry I noticed to get his food and sit down and eat

Comments: Worst experience ever ordering from the app for pickup. Went to pickup, said my name. It was shouted around and I waited and was forgotten. When I asked why my order said completed when I didnt get my food. I was looked at like I was crazy and handed a bag sitting out getting cold. When I asked about it as my fries were being added the guy took fries out of the bag. I will never go back to that Five Guys ever again. I feel so stupid tipping 10% to get such bad service. I was amazed at how overlooked I was made to feel. It will be a very long time before I use the app again Order #40796524416909312

Comments: Would like a refund for the inaccurate size of french fries. Elijah F just dismissed our concern over the quantity of the french fries when we complained.

Comments: I did not like how nobody helped Daniel. Daniel did a great job customer services. However his co workers did not help him. He literally had to take the orders and make them. He asked the young african american girl working with him where the other coworker was and she jusylt shrugged her shoulders and continued to wipe down a few tables. He asked for help and nobody gave a damn. There was a african american male in the kitchen walking around with headphones one. Proably was the guy he was asking about.
