Location complaint drill-down

Comments: This poor experience was specifically related to one employee (man with black shirt & reddish hair, who was in the pickup area). My partner went in to pick up the order & waited at the counter, behind the people he was actively helping. After they were helped, he walked off. She was not acknowledged. He looked directly at her, made eye contact, and did not speak. Not once. Two men came in at separate times, while she was still standing there, and the employee immediately acknowledged them. After 5+ minutes, she called out to another employee & asked to be helped. The female employee was very nice & shocked that the man hadn't helped her. She even said something to him about it & he STILL didn't speak to her, when he should've then offered an apology. I'm not saying this was directly related to the way she looks, however, it's hard to think of any other excuse. It seemed intentional & was completely unacceptable.

Comments: I just don't understand how someone could mess up three hamburgers I can understand maybe one but not three and for the cost of the food for over $45 I want to reimbursement thank you
