Comments: The food was good but I purchased 2 large fries and it was not enough for 4 people. Usually there are so many fries thats what we loved about five guys! Now fries come in a paper bag not a cup and its a very small portion. Will not returning, too expensive for not enough food.

Comments: Extremely dissatisfied with order. Tried to complete my order online but was unable to, so I did a phone order ahead of time. The location didnt start my order at all and then completely got all aspects of my order incorrect. Looking for a refund please.

Comments: So my burgers that I ordered were very overcooked and was really close to burnt and did not enjoy my meal. It honestly made me pretty sick that I didnt finish or enjoy my meal. I was wondering if you guys can help me out with this situation. Im never the type to complain about my food but being that my meal was pretty expensive it really wasnt fair I had to go through this

Comments: I was shocked at how tiny my order of fries is. Five Guys is known for good size portions, but this was ridiculous. There were hardly any fries in the bag even though I ordered a "regular" size. Also, the amount of toppings was so small. I literally got one mushroom on my burger and maybe 2 individual pieces of onion. The same happened on my husband's burger. Prices are too high to get that.

Comments: Hello. I am reaching out to you regarding my online Order # 42187135527567377. I wanted to use the BOGO and was really excited. However my order was wrong. One was not cheeseburger with double patty. It was a single patty wrong item. The other order was completely wrong without lettuce tomato pickles onion. I have the photo and I am happy to share them as a proof. I am requesting refund. I am really disappointed how the promo turned out. Thank you.

Comments: Entered the store cashier was in the back cooks had to call her out As she taking my order she speaking to someone else in her language and is laughing at me as she is taking my cash she decides to pick Up her personal phone and start talking not paying attention to the customer

Comments: Customer Nicole Vergara received a milkshake not in its proper state, missing requested straw, napkins, and ketchups, and the Little Bacon Cheeseburger did not have bacon. Requesting a refund due to quality issues. **Order 42209702359728157. The LBC was missing bacon. The fries were ice-cold. The milkshake was very liquidy and melted. She asked for ketchup, straws and napkins, but did not receive any. The customer is requesting a refund on the order.**

Comments: Customer said he is calling of what could be done on this, he placed an order thru the app for delivery. He ordered bacon cheeseburger but it did not have cheese only a piece of bacon and it was crumbled, the patty was like it wasn't fresh. The fries were soggy and the milkshake he requested for a whip cream but it doesn't have whip cream. The hamburger had no tomato on it. No condiments and napkins. He hopes it wont happen again. Guest wants to be contacted and a resolution.
