Comments: - guest is afraid that her order might have tampered with since she did not provide any tip. - the employee who ring up her order seemed not happy and the cook went at the back and she is worried that they may have done something to her food.

Comments: Carry out order tonight. Ordered mushrooms, onions, and lettuce on one of the sandwiches and it was a joke. Took a picture of the toppings and never had such a negative experience with five guys before. Probably wont be returning after this, wife was very upset especially for the cost.

Comments: those was the worse hamburgers we have ever had the buns was all mushy and i asked one with no cheese it was not worth the 31.00 dollars i spent there .i wanted to try them it was are first time trying and boy was that a mistake i would like a refund or something i dont want any food from there

Comments: Ruined our meal couldn't eat the fries. I watched the kid salt the fries. I was hoping I didnt get those fries. But unfortunately we did!! We had to throw them away. Whole reason we go to Five Guys is for the fries and burgers!! I spent $50 for our meal. Pretty pricey when you have to throw away a main menu item.

Comments: My order was to go, when I got back to my office the burger with ketchup/mustard/pickle was not cooked; one half was still raw on the inside. The fries were soggy. I could not go back tot he location as time did not permit this. I decided to complete the survey in hopes I could bring this to your attention.

Comments: Ordered online for pick up in store. told them name when I arrived. stood there for over 35 minutes and watched multiple people come in, order and be serve served. I asked what the holdup was and then was told they forgot what name I told them. so they never got my food. this location is at Northcrest Fort Wayne

Comments: Ordered 6 burgers out of 7 burgers total that should have had bacon on them, and one out of the 6 only had bacon. Being up charged for bacon and not getting it on 5 burgers that were paid to have bacon is upsetting. These 3 burgers were double bacon cheeseburgers and 2 little bacon cheese burgers and expected to have bacon on them as that is what is ordered. This isnt the first time this has happened, we have had previous visits where hamburgers were missing items so we thought we would try again but spending $103 dollars to not get the correct order is upsetting. Once again, It will be a while before we go back again.

Comments: The cashier Tsega L. got frustrated that we were using a giftcard. He didn't actually say what our total was, he just looked at us with a blank stare. Very unprofessional. Won't be coming back to this location. Teach your employees to be more courteous. Food was good though. We were very unhappy with our customer service.

Comments: Hello, I placed an order today and I was very disappointed in my order. I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers. One burger was suppose to have BBQ, and there was not any on it. For the second burger, it was suppose to have grilled onions and pickles on it and it did not. I dont know how they messed up both burgers. And on top of that, the cajun fries were very soggy. Not crispy at all. This was my first time trying five guys and I was very disappointed. Order #42206831174254607
