Comments: Second visit in a row they had no hot dog buns. Last time they told us and put on a hamburger bun. This time we checked after pickup and had to go back and ask for a bun, they packed it plain. The rest of the food was cold by time we got home of course. Not the end of the world. But: firstly your online platform should know when someone is ordering an out of stock item and if youre going to charge $6 for hot dogs.. order some buns staff there are always pleasant.

Comments: Not good burgers had no flavor, fries were basically not done very limp and soft. This is not how I've ever had 5 guys will not return to this store

Comments: My shake was not drinkable! It had bananas and other berries in it when it was supposed to be just chocolate! I want my money back for it! It caused a huge amount of stress and ruined my night!

I literally got sick from the surprising mouthful of bananas I got in what was suppose to be just a plain chocolate shake! The taste and texture was so gross! Very disappointing and unsatisfying! Ruined my dinner and night.

Comments: The guest was given a $10 GC for the raw burger that he received. The GC was already used when he went back to the store to use it.

Comments: The guest's order was messed up on January 16. He tried calling the store (the store was closing), and they said they would list down his name and remake the order. When the guest visits the store the following Friday, January 23, they don't want to assist him since the guest no longer has the receipt. The guest mentioned that they did not tell him to keep the receipt.

Comments: We ordered for a family night. We were missing items and I am so disappointed. For the amount you pay, it would be great to have someone at least double check.

Comments: Ordered a lettuce wrap to go, opened the bag to find lettuce wrap not wrapped in foil. Spilled all over the bag as soon as I tried removing it. I have picture

Comments: Its really bad when I have attempted to call the store over 20 times to inquire about my delivery order and nobody answers the phone. Poor customer service. It doesn't matter how busy you are in store, you still have a business phone line to be responsible for so customers can reach out especially when this line is to make contact concerning pick up orders or order issues. Abysmal management to say the least. If my order is messed up, I will expect a FULL REFUND due to the fact that any mistakes could have been avoided had someone simply answered the phone.
