Comments: From case 5MZGG7 2026-03-11 10:37 AM CST: Guest said the store refused to honor the code in store. The manager was rude. Guest said the large fry he got was small. To case 5MZ9Y8 2026-03-10 04:08 PM CST: Customer complaint: James King and his wife are frequent Five Guys customers. His wife informed him about a promotion (either $5 burgers or buy one get one free) running from March 9th to 12th. When James went to the Dalton, Georgia location to order, staff told him they were not honoring the BOGO promotion and could not ring up the order. He was told to order online, but he and his wife have never done that before. He had the BOGO code but was unable to redeem it in-store. James is frustrated and dissatisfied with the customer service experience.
