Comments: I placed an online order for 4 bacon cheeseburgers. When I got home and everyone started eating, I realized none of the burgers had bacon. I immediately called the store but there was no answer and I was disconnected. This happened at least 6 more times.in the next half hour. Really disappointed that I spent over $50 for it to be wrong and not be able to reach anyone to help me. Stores have to answer their phones.

Comments: From case 5MNY8H 2026-01-20 02:25 PM CST: Guest said that her order was incorrect. To case 5MNN56 2026-01-17 07:26 PM CST: I placed an online order for 4 bacon cheeseburgers. Comments: Guest went to the location for his birthday and there was 7 workers and the line was huge and no one waited on them. Guest showed them he had a coupon for his birthday and was told he had to order online. Guest said the manager Pat he believe was very rude to him, his wife and his son. He said lots of peoples left because the way the manager was, they were there at 5:30pm. Guest taught he received this email for his birthday. Guest was advised the email he received was for the 40th Five Guy's birthday. He said it wasn't clear because his birthday was on the 17th. Guest wants to be contact by email

Comments: I recently visited this location I have never been to. I am away on a trip and was only staying in town for the night, saw I could order Five Guys late and decided to. The Five Guys I have ever been to never had a drive thru window, so I walked up to the door and it was locked. I stood there for about five minutes before the worker inside sulked up while motioning at the text on the door. He unlocked the door, I just said I have a pickup order, and he said to go through the pick up window. Again, this truly caught me off guard as Ive never heard of a pick up window at Five Guys, I said how I didnt know there was a window to go through. And he very rudely said back maybe you should try reading the door. I genuinely didnt see the part that mentioned a pick up window. I truly felt stupid after this interaction and I left. I had walked to the restaurant. I didnt have a car. When ordering on Uber Eats, it never mentioned anything about a window so I figured it was like any other Five Guys I had been to. I dont understand why I was treated so rudely. I really do like Five Guys and have never had such a bad encounter before at any place Ive been to in general. I am not expecting anything in return, I just felt this was appropriate to report, I dont think anybody should be using a demeanor towards anybody the way this worker had used to me.
