Comments: We absolutely LOVE Five Guys! We have been going since their first location came to Nashua, NH (I believe in Sept/Oct 2009). The unsatisfying experience at the Concord, NH location was a first for us. It was absolutely freezing inside the restaurant. We kept our jackets and hats on the entire time we were eating. We always get the same thing: 1 cheeseburger with ketchup & mustard, 1 little cheeseburger with ketchup & onions, fries, 1 soda and 1 vanilla shake. Everything was excellent except the fries. The fries were not good at all. They had zero flavor to them. We threw away most of the fries they were that bad. Love Five Guys and Thank You! Denise StPierre 603-759-7392

Comments: I'm 50 years old and this is the first review that I have ever submitted to any restaurant. Last night I waited 25 minutes for my order that had already been called in. I watched a group of 5 come in after I paid for my food and their meals were completed and given to them before anyone even tried to help me. My burgers were sitting on the shelf the entire time and I was then given cold fries that were sitting in bags already instead of hot ones from the baskets.
