Comments: We were waiting 10 to 15 minutes to place our order. The gentleman finally came up when another gentleman pulled him away from the register and told him not to bother taking our order and then the guy came up and apologized and said theyre way too busy and its gonna take about 30 to 45 minutes for me to place an order at the counter.needless to say we left. Thanks to the poor customer service we discovered a burger place up the street.I just dont understand how you turn away customers like that.I get you were very busy but maybe the online orders should wait when you got people standing at the counter ready to drop $50 or more on food. Its just poor management skills when you guide the counter person away from the register. Im sure your stockholders wouldnt want to hear how youre telling customers to go away essentially. He was literally about to take our order but was pulled way to work the condiment station. I know Ive noticed guys and gals work multiple stations at your competitors. and they have been around way longer than you guys. very poor customer service and managerial delegation
