Comments: The fries that I purchased were stale old and cold. I have never experienced such disappointment from any of your establishments, and I frequent them at least twice a week

Comments: I arrived to pick up my order and it was ready. I asked how much longer and Im still waiting for an answer. The person turned around, giggled and said to another employee that there was no fries. While Im waiting for the fries, my food is in a paper bag getting cold. If I didnt have a sick family member at home I had to rush home to, I would have asked for my food to be made over
