Comments: I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your Hutchinson River Parkway location. Yesterday, on March 1st, 2026, I placed a mobile order at 5:40 pm for pickup. The app indicated that the order would be ready within 814 minutes. We arrived at the store expecting to receive our food shortly, as we were celebrating a very important friendship anniversary and planned to begin our celebration at 6:06 pm. However, we did not receive our order until 6:40 pm a full 40 minutes after we placed it. During that time, we noticed that customers who walked into the store and ordered after us were receiving their food before we did. I asked staff members three to four times how much longer our order would take, and each time I was told it was not ready, without any clear explanation or update. We spent approximately $60 on this order and were very disappointed that the delay significantly disrupted our special occasion. If we had been informed earlier, by 6:10 pm, that the kitchen was unable to prepare our order in a timely manner, we would have canceled and made other arrangements. This experience was frustrating and upsetting. As customers, we expect clear communication, fair service, and respectful treatment. I kindly ask you to consider how you would feel if you were treated this way during an important celebration day. Please let me know if you need more proof for our order. Comments: From case 5MZFNH 2026-03-10 11:26 PM CST: Order completely wrong. Ordered cheeseburger with mayo, ketchup, onion, lettuce, grilled mushrooms, grilled onion. What I got was a cheeseburger with 1 snd a half patties, no ketchup or mayo, bacon, the tiniest slice of lettuce, raw onion, grilled mushroom, and no grilled onions. Then I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with raw onion, jalapeño, and grilled mushroom that was missing the jalapeño, had onion and mushrooms and lettuce. Both dinners incorrect. Large fries were barely filled, amount was more like a small. This was beyond disappointing.
